Review of existing channel/partner strategies, contracts and engagement plans.

Meeting with channel partners (one on one and focus groups) to receive feedback and opinions across a range of issues, including: services provided; pricing; support; engagement; recognition/reward plans; training and communications.

Recommend improvements to implement, including engagement strategy and technology platforms required.

Oversee the implementation of the engagement strategy, to include communicating this strategy to your organisation, coaching and internal communications.
